About this project
The Innovations in Agri-Livestock Value Chains (IALVC) Project is implemented by Action Nepal with the financial support of Heifer International Nepal and in collaboration with Neelkantha Municipality, Dhading. The project operates under Heifer International Nepal’s Vegetable Value Chain Program and contributes to its signature initiative, “Strengthening Smallholders Livestock Value Chain Enterprises for Economic Growth in Nepal (SLVC).”
The project focuses on strengthening agricultural and livestock value chains by improving production and productivity, enhancing cooperative capacity, expanding market access, and promoting digital and financial inclusion. It also supports value addition through pre-market infrastructure development and processing initiatives.
The IALVC Project aims to uplift 11,550 farming households by improving livelihoods through sustainable agriculture and livestock development.
